We're Not Just An Estate agent

Our Branch Manager Paul Ryan went to appraise a property last week in Dartmouth Road Ruislip. Paul inspected the property and walked to the back of the garden. Whilst walking back to the house from the garden as he approached the house he heard some cat like noises. Upon inspection it transpired there was a cat completely wedged between the extension of the house and next doors adjoining garage. There was no way of getting this poor cat out.

Emergency services were called out and it was apparent they could not get the trapped cat out it was completely stuck. After almost 2 hours with a bolster hammer and chisel removing individual bricks they eventually made a hole just big enough and managed to save this lovely cat that would have without a doubt perished overnight in the freezing cold weather. This was the coldest night of the year and Paul went above and beyond to help if it wasn’t for him walking into the garden this wouldn’t have had a happy ending. Paul Ryan is hailed our new hero.
