Big in the community
We love where we live and want to be part of making it an even better place for our children to grow up, be educated, find work and thrive.
We love where we live
This is our home. We support all things local and know every nook and cranny - valuable information when it comes to advising our sellers, buyers, tenants and landlords about their next property move.
More importantly, we’re a Ruislip estate agent that is truly and genuinely part of the local community. And that is not through sponsoring local schools or football teams to get our brand on display (we do that too) but from respect and passion for our community.

Seeing the bigger picture
To improve and invest in our local area, we frequently work with our neighbouring businesses to showcase and promote Victoria Road in Ruislip as a vibrant High Street with an amazing community of people. Owner Peter is often seen filming in businesses up and down the High Street to help raise their profile - and the profile of our community. It’s all about the big US, in the plural sense. Not about us as an estate agent..
“It can take Peter over an hour to pop out for a sandwich - there’s hardly a soul in Ruislip who doesn’t know Peter and wants to stop for a chat”.

Local collaboration
We are represented on the local council to safeguard funding for continued investment in our local area and visit the local schools and sports clubs to see how we can work together to improve our community.
Community support in action
At Lawrence Rand, we actively support our community in various ways, from sponsoring school fairs and events to donating to local food banks.

Food donations
Coteford Primary School and Lady Bankes School generously donated their Harvest Festival food collections to us, which we delivered to the Hillingdon Foodbank.
Macmillan Coffee Morning
We sponsor the Macmillan Coffee Morning at St Paul’s Church in Ruislip Manor.
Computer donations
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we donated laptops, Kindles, and tablets to local schools to aid remote learning.
