As a family run business, Lawrence Rand is the brainchild of its director, Peter Lawrence, whose focus is delivering the people’s estate agency in the "heart of the community". After opening our doors in the midst of the 2008 recession, Peter’s vision was to establish an estate agency built upon the fundamental cornerstone of providing outstanding customer service. This “added value” attitude has seen the company go from strength to strength in four short years, not only opening a second branch but each year reviewing practices, investing in new and innovative software and consistently driving forward to improve customer experience.
Industry professionals agree and in October 2012, Lawrence Rand were named as Best Estate Agent in Middlesex at the International Property Awards 2012-2013. This brings our total to four awards in four years of trading with director, Peter Lawrence also winning the prestigious Newcomer of the year award in 2009 at the Negotiator Awards.

In addition to this, Lawrence Rand were awarded Gold for Single Office Agency in the south east by The Sunday Times and took Highly Commended for Best Estate Agency (Middlesex) at the UK Property Awards 2011.
